So first there's Dan..

who by the way is writing this in

third person as it makes him feel more important..

Dan started his working life as a hairdresser, working in top salons and building a solid reputation for his customer service skills and attention to detail. After a strong start in his career he decided to branch out on his own and had a sucessful hairdressing business called Gosh, which he ran for over a decade. Searching for a new challenge, he embarked on several attempts at changing his career ranging from financial services to even bus driving! Finally though his entrepreneurial sprit came through once again and he decided to start Spruce, and working closely with his partner Leah and her existing cleaning business.

Our business has a name, 'Spruce', which is our fun easy to remember phrase that aligns with us as a business. However its good to know the faces behind the name and what we're all about.

Then There's Leah..

who is not writing this whilst pretending to be someone else! Leahs first career was in childcare, where she studied her qualifications and was loved and trusted by many families and her employer who she loved working for. However, her desire to be self employed started when she trained to be a nail technician, during which time she built great customer service skills and understanding of how to run a business. Realising she had a passion for cleaning and making people feel great in their homes she started Ever Clean! A domestic cleaning business focusing on routine cleaning. Leahs professionalism is held up by the main core pillars of honesty, integrity and reliablity. She and Dan now work closely together on both businesses, gradually expanding by bringing their varied life experience to the table.
